Rodent control
 

I have been hearing scratching in the ceiling/wall. today while sitting in front lanai saw a rat run up the corner of the siding think it is in the soffits under gutters… Anyone know of a reputable rodent control company?

These are roof rats. They are particularly hard to get rid of. In addition to rodent control be sure to patch rat entrance points (quite small) trim back trees/bushes near your home (rat ladders) and eliminate food sources such as bird feeders and citrus trees.

I can recommend Deans. They placed a rodent bait station near my electric pool heater. During winter months, mice and palm rats liked to build nests inside my heater. The bait stations solved my problem.
