Need a Lawn service that uses walk behind mowers
 

I would greatly appreciate receiving the contact information for a lawn service company that uses walk behind mowers. I previously used a company with riding mowers but they created ruts in my yard. Thanks for your help.

Just about all of the lawn services I see operating are several people at once; riding mower, edger, blower. Get it done quick and move on. The money is in volume. I see very few individuals behind push mowers, and the ones I do see might very well be the owner of the place.

I do my own, but to do it well takes at minimum 3 hours, including mowing, hedge and bush trimming, edging, cleaning up clippings, etc. If you do find one who does it walk-behind you'll no doubt pay substantially more than you would pay for one of the volume companies.

Good luck. Less and less of this service now available and getting worse. Bet most of these guys start out with a walk behind mower and save up to get a good commercial high speed mower that do cost more than a TV golf cart.
