Intoxicated golf cart drivers
 

Just moved in to the villages a few months ago. Out exploring the villagers on our golf cart encountered a golf cart going the wrong way through a tunnel driver was obviously impaired as he tried to reverse out of the tunnel almost had an head on collision.

A few minutes later going through a neighborhood had to steer completely off the road as a another impaired driver turned into our lane coming out of a side street. ( he almost fell out of the cart ) I’m curious what to do if hit by one of the day drinkers traveling the cart paths in the afternoons? Will golf cart insurance cover injuries or damage caused if hit by someone impaired?
