Recommendations for refrigerator repair
 

Hello all. We are having some issues with our frig, particularly the ice maker. Has anyone dealt with a reliable, competent company that didn't rip you off? If yes, can you share their name and I will take it from there. Thanks.

I have the name/number of Jerry Thibodeau 346-233-7175 in my appliance repair file. My neighbor had fridge problems several years ago and was very pleased with his services. It',s been a number of years so I don't know the status of his business presently.

We used Beck's before Mr. Beck passed away, I understand Dave's appliance is now working with Beck's in any case both were very good.

You might check on youtube to see if there is an easy fix, also if it is a samsung you may be out of luck, I believe the only repair man is out of Orlando and i have heard they come up twice a week.....

We used DeSantis Appliance for a repair on our refrigerator. It took a couple of trips but feel we were treated fairly.

Our Samsung 4 door refrigerator was making a grinding noise from the freezer fan every time it would cycle. I knew it was an icing issue, but didn't want to take it apart myself and manually defrost the fan and evaporator without knowing the cause. So I broke down and called an expert, JerryThibodeau, on a recommendation of a friend. He was here in 30 minutes, ran the diagnostic program, and disassembled the freezer section. The freezer evaporator fan had ice on it as did the coils. He had a steamer with him and defrosted everything, and verified that the problem code was corrected. He was fast and honest, and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Had another company work on a stove at my son's property, and it took them 3 trips and a lot more money.
