Feces in the trash at the Hemingway PO
 

Went to the Hemingway PO today and had to go through the trash in one of the cans as I thought I accidently threw something away. Much to my surprise, even though there is a sign clearly stating 'NO FECES PLEASE' I found at least 6-7 bags of crap. Now I know the dogs didn't put that in there, but their lazy, inconsiderate owners did. How unsantitary and rude to those that can read and follow the rules. YOu're giving dogs a bad name.

Nope! Still irresponsible owners who won't take their job of dog ownership seriously. Poop doesn't belong in the trash anymore then leaving it on the seat of your golf cart.
If you can't/won't accept the full responsibility for pet ownership, you don't deserve to own one.
