Snug Harbor Crab Sandwich Recipe



Use Half of a English muffin.

On each side layer place,

1.) slice canadian bacon piece, one slice of chedar cheese,one thinly sliced tomatoe.

2.) Pile lump crab meat on top.

3.) Top with hollandaise

4.) Broil until bubbling hot & slightly browned.

5.) Oh so good!

Drrool. salivate, etc

Sounds sooooooooo good. Your making me hungry.

Is there anywhere near here to buy FRESH seafood, not previously frozen????????????

Is this from Snug Harbor in Md? I can't wait to taste this recipe. Seafood from MD will be one thing I will miss when we move to TV. Oh I forgot also Ledo pizza. :coolsmiley:

Already missing it, especially S.Md. blue crabs, fried soft shells, fried oysters etc.
