Hi everyone,

For those owners of Designer homes, does the main bathroom have a medicine cabinet? If not, have you added one?

Ours (a Gardenia 2013 vintage) has 2 in the master bathroom, and one in the guest bathroom.

2023 one in primary only, wall configuration may make it awkward in other 2 bathrooms

We have a 3 bath Mossy Oak built in 2021 and it only has one medicine cabinet in the front bathroom. That bathroom is what I consider is the guest bathroom as the other ones are on-suite.

Begonia, circa 2019, two medicine cabinets, one over each sink in the master bath. . done in the design session, though at that time, the house was a total custom build. . we have no knowledge about today's process

Begonia 2021 - they were in the master design, but we had it taken off. Not in guest at all. But then again, we redesigned both bathrooms so that they are pretty unrecognizable as begonias. We call it a Begonia-D

Our Aspen model has one in the master bath. The wall besides the other sink can’t because it houses a pocket door for the walk in closet. The wall next to the sink in the guest bath probably has room for one but it didn’t come with one. I have seen other new Aspen’s that didn’t come with any so I’m thinking it may be up to the builder.

Have a medicine cabinet in both bathrooms.

Our Begonia born about 2010 has the same.

Ours has one in each bathroom and additionally in the master we have a large cabinet that has a laundry basket on the bottom and the top has several shelves for storing medicines, extra shampoo, TP, etc. it's not for towels as we have linen closet for those.

My home built in 2011 has one in both.

Indigo / Ottawa (designer / veranda have different names for the same home) - 3 bathrooms and medicine cabinets in all 3.

Yes, one installed, and yes, we added a second.

Our 2020 Gardenia has medicine cabinets at each sink in the master bath (2), and one in the guest bath, for a total of 3.

Likewise for our 2006 Gardenia.
