Who Owns TOTV
 

I have been posting on this forum for a few weeks while resting an injured knee. It just occurred to me that I never checked who owns this site.(I blame it on the meds) The only information I can find is TOTV is private, for profit, and the owner(s) are in Florida and New York. Does any one have more information?

I miss when Talk Host used to come to the Crispers' meetings when I believe Talk Host and Tony owned Talk of the Villages. This was back in the 2000s. I joined TOTV in July of 2007 and it had been going for about a year or so.

They would sometimes buy the lunches at Crispers during the 3:00 PM Friday meetings.

Talk Host had spoken at a Villages Computer Club meeting and I was looking for a place to post after Findlaw's boards had kind of dried up as an option.

One of my favorite librarians used to work at one of the public libraries in that area. I had done Field Work for my Masters Degree at the Englewood Public Library in Colorado where she worked. She then moved to Tempe, Mesa, or Scottsdale or somewhere in that area. This was a long time ago though around 1984.

I miss the Crispers meetings also I was only able to make a few as I generally had another commitment at the same time.

Obviously you can seek out whatever information you want.
But I am curious why it would matter to anyone. Especially since it was (original post) brought up after 380 posts on STRs by someone against STRs. If one was afraid it was someone invested in STRs, you would think somewhere after 200 posts or so, they would have closed it for some arbitrary reason.
