Staycation Pools

STAYCATION POOL Danny and Leigh Ann Teems IS DONE! Original post (OP) has been in process of doing my pool for two years. OP just left the building department and here are the facts.
As of today (9/13/23), Craig Vilder who holds the license for Staycation to operate, pulled his license from Staycation. According to the building department this means that Staycation has 30 days to finish existing work and cannot start new work. If they have your deposit please go to the sheriffs office to file a fraud claim against them. All of us who have been impacted by this need to figure it out together. Please Email OP with your email so we can put a group together and come hopefully come out of this stronger. Additionally everyone impacted by the lack of completion needs file complaints with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (dbpr) against Staycation and Craig Vilder.

The state of Florida has also suspended the liscense for Craig Vidler. Dany Teems duped him also. There are about 40 open construction permits uner Staycation.
