My best songs - what are yours?

I get goose bumps whenever I hear “Rainy Night in Georgia” and “Sunday Morning Coming Down”. I don’t know who wrote the first but I will always be indebted to Kris Kristofferson for this song.

Dance with my father again. Luther Vandross. It will always bring me to tears. Even right now just thinking about it.

So many songs and genres, among my favorites; “Feel It Still” by Portugal. The Man and “Today” by The Smashing Pumpkins.

There are so many...but two are: "Killing Me Softly with His Song," by Roberta Flack, and The Sound of Silence," Simon and Garfunkel.

Puff the Magic Dragon And no, it was not about drugs, according to Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul and Mary, the man who wrote it. It was simply the story of a boy growing up.

And speaking of Simon & Garfunkel, The Boxer.

One I will never, ever get tired of is I Can See Clearly Now (the rain is gone).

If it’s by Lennon & McCartney - it’s a favorite

Yes, especially "Yesterday." According to Wikipedia, it was voted the best song of the 20th Century by expert British musicians and audience members.

Pretty much anything by Zepplin, The Stones and Stevie Ray Vaughn.
