Actually I could not agree more. One can avoid crowds, get into good restaurants, museums, art galleries and tourist attractions without waiting in long lines. Weather is not too hot or cold. Prices are good!

Maybe you should put a little more effort for your airport customers.
After 3 hours stuck in Orlando my neighbors called for me to pick them up, what good is credit since they will not be using your service again!

Used Groome this weekend with a reservation made previously with Workman.
Trip to airport was fine.
My return flight arrived 20 minutes early 3:40 vs. 4:15, I had a 5:30 shuttle reservation. Went to the pick-up location just as the 4:30 shuttle arrived. Spoke with the driver and he responded “welcome aboard”.
Will continue using Groome.
With the number of people they are moving there are bound to be an occasional bump. I may even end up having that experience…..so be it.
