Bushes/Shrubs
 

Need bushes and shrubs maintained. Live in CYV - Tamarind Groove for 12 years. KB did maintenance for 9+ years then quit. Former employee continued for last 2+ years, but now has disappeared.

About 2 1/2 hour work every 12/13 weeks. No high trees to maintain.

Any suggestions/ ideas

OP you did really well keeping a company for so long. Us not so much, from 2010 to 2021 we had 10 individual lawn companies that quit with no notice, or just stopped mowing and continued to bill. Best one was one company sold us, they continued to bill, as did the new company.

That said we have 2 rentals that have had Deans since 2012, always there every week, bushes, lawn and pest never a worry. Yes they keep a CC on file, but not charged until work is done.

Mary & I use, MAJ Palm and Tree Service. We have been using Alonso over 15 years. We have Bushes, Trees and Shrubs. Call Alonso at 352-504-5066. He will call you back, as soon as he turns his chainsaw off. We pay at the end of the job.

I recommend Choice Maintenance. Have been using them for 8 years. They are like clockwork and show up. They hire many different crews so I rarely have the same crew on the property. I would prefer same crew but I'm just thankful the crews show up. They charge us after the work is complete and pay them online.
