is Groome transportaion the only shuttle service now from the villages to orlando airport??

No, another shuttle service is Villages Airport Van (AKA:VAV). Of course, there are the 9 legally licensed and commercially insured private car services, just be careful because there are 65 (illegal) 1-2 vehicle service who are not that many have promoted and didn't realize they were promoting illegal services.

Just to name a few, how about: Capri Transportation, C E O Transportation, Dave's Airport Transportation, Blue Line Services, Jerry Schwartz private services
