I am wondering what the miles per gallon people are getting?

A tank of fuel on my Yamaha will last right at a week. And I mean I run the wheels off it too. I'm never home. I'm running the roads non-stop.

I run my Yamaha cart everywhere too and usually get between 200-300 hundred miles on a tank of gas. I usually don't fill it up till it's down about a quarter tank or less. Much cheaper than driving the truck.

Thanks everyone for the answers. Still trying to decide which type gas or electric.

You're doing the right thing - researching, asking questions, etc. Then you can base your purchase decision on what makes the most sense to YOU. :) Bill |
More than the advantage of not filling up the tank for two to three weeks, I find the real advantage to the gas cart is for month after month all I do is check the tires. It requires no other maintenance.

still prefer a gas cart. I can drive to Georgia if I want too.

TommyT, you are correct about opening that can of worms. But now that it is open, anyone want to go fishing.
