Recommendations on Climate Controlled Storage Businesses
 

We are in the process of selling our home and will be moving to the Eastport area in 2024. We are in need of at least one 10’ X 20’ climate controlled storage area.

Must be safe and secure. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Extraspace Storage
 

We use Extraspace storage on 466. It’s climate controlled. Multiple layers of security. Code to enter bldg. Code to operate elevator. Locks on units. They provide hand trucks and large rolling carts. Exceptionally clean.

Thanks for your reply. We'll need some storage in 2024 during a construction project. I think we'll use Extraspace.

Smartstop on 44 is closer than going to 466 it's climate controlled, elevators, hand carts etc. Use them last year with zero issues

We also use smart stop, it’s 5 minutes from our house, staff is very helpful and friendly. We store all of our decorations, and such there instead of spending $6,000 on stairs.

Google is your friend..............your challenge will be finding space.
More is being built.

We have been very happy with SmartStop on SR44 between Morse and BV. Great rates, easy access, and always clean.

Your Space - I used Best Storage Units in FL Your Space Self-Store for 3 months storage, it's in Summerfield. They are sparkling clean, new units this year I believe and great people that work there.
