Southeast Milk Inc
 
We move to Florida from a dairy state and wondered if anyone can explain
Southeast Milk Inc. business on Hy 484 heading east to interstate 75.

There are many tanker trucks around and it looks like their hauling milk but from where??
I see very few dairy farms in this area.

Our family dairy farm, sells to a company who picks up raw milk from vats in the milking barn.

A percentage of milk is left raw at the farm for local sales, some is processed for local customers still using glass bottles.

So my guess is the business is a go between farm and processing, or they process and package on property
