Looking for houses with Halloween decorations
 

Just thought it would be cool to drive around and check out some good decorations

Our previous house we had great blow ups, backed to a street.

2 skeleton 4’ bulldogs that change color from purple to green to iridescent.

1 6’ haunted house with ghosts that change color

4’ haunted mansion hitchhiking ghost that glow in the dark. (Inside lanai)

We have moved, put up the haunted house, next to our light post, Monday morning, community watch came by 3 hours later said decorating only for holidays. Halloween is not a holiday. Someone complained, glad I didn’t get all the decorations out.

Seems like halloween has become a major holiday around here. Maybe somebody should have told the watch guy.

We used the same decor every Halloween for 10 years, no issues. I called community standards, and Halloween is not an approved holiday to put our decorations in the 30 day allowance. Did say is rare someone complain about Halloween, but, guess we offended someone’s beliefs

What would be the consequence's for leaving them up? How much jail time?

Wow.

Fine per day, starting on the date given. However we got a friendly warning.

With all that’s going on in the world do we really need to ban Halloween decorations? This is getting ridiculous.
