I need to get more tinting on car windows.. does anyone know of someone who does it??

I used Undertech Auto Glass (441 in Lady Lake) for my vehicle. They did an excellent job, and I’ve had zero issues with the tint they applied. I chose to upgrade the tint to ceramic. The amount of heat it blocks is amazing.

Had my car done there. They were reasonable and did a very good job.

He is now in Wildwood, right across the street from Hardee's where the golf cart dealer is. He does excellent work.

DSP Davis Solar Protection in Leesburg. 352-3231870. Did a ceramic on our SUV 6 years ago and it still looks like new today. Highest quality and fast. Price then was $270.00 for all windows including top band on windshield.

Only get Ceramic tint is you want to keep the Heat out….

And it works like a champ!

If you are looking to ADD tinting, be careful there is a limit on how dark the tinting can be, and police can and will pull you over if it is too dark.

A very good point, since you shouldn’t expect (or rely on) the installer to give you accurate information. This is a good primer course article, but anyone having aftermarket tint applied should do their due diligence to make sure they’re in compliance with the law in Florida.

There is a fine line between legally tinting a vehicle’s windows and pimping the car out. As stated, keep the tinting modest so as not to attract unwanted attention.
