Snowbirds and Rx refills
 

How are people handling Rx refills when they are at TV during the winter when their PCP, specialists, and routine pharmacy are elsewhere?

My Wisconsin Pharma calls my scripts into a Florida walgerrns

Just transfer your prescription to pharmacy of your choice
Or take your active prespriction to pharmacy of your choice and they will do the work for you.

We use CVS at both homes.

We use the mail order option that our insurer offers. It's easy to change the shipping address on the website as needed without moving or fiddling with prescriptions.

My prescription Viagra is available mail-order from my insurance provider or I can transfer my script to CVS … It’s not as hard as you think

We use the same pharmacy at home and the villages - you can change the refill location on their app

Or, if mail order pharmacy, just change the address.

If you use a chain like Walmart, Walgreens, cvs etc, you can have them pull the script from the old store to the new store, just need the store number.

My primary wouldn't call into another state but would call into my old pharmacy.
