Beware Patriot Pool & Spa!
 

T&D used to provide weekly maintenance and repairs if needed for our swimming pool. Unfortunately, that division of the company was acquired by Patriot Pool & Spa and things started to deteriorate. Missed weekly maintenance, erroneous billings, dead landscaping due to mishandling of pool chemicals and a revolving door as far as what technician actually showed up were all indicators that T&D's sale to Patriot was a disaster for it's customers.
There are many other pool companies to choose from and I would recommend checking them out and avoiding Patriot Pool & Spa.

We used T&D before the switch. Had similar issues. Switched to Orca. Now Orca services 16 pools in our neighborhood.

I had the exact same experience. Patriot missed 3 weeks in a row and blamed it on a lack of staff. Asked for a refund and got a promise of service credit...which they promptly didn't show up for either. Its been 9 months and dumping Patriot was the best thing for me and the pool.....

No issues here

Any service company is only as good as the technician assigned to care for your pool. T & D did a reasonably good job for us, but after the sale to Patriot we went through several incompetent techs before we dumped them. We have finally found another company that assigned us a very competent technician that we are happy with. I am reluctant to recommend them out of fear that an influx of new business will result in a change in their technicians routs and us being assigned yet another incompetent tech.
