Kitchen countertop repair

The extended area of our kitchen island counter top has recently begun “squeaking“ when leaned on even slightly; we believe it might be loose. Any suggestions on what to do and/or who we might call to fix it?

I am GUESSING if you have a similar setup maybe the metal support has loosened, allowing a slight movement and the noise. Take a look at all of the bolts and see if these can be tightened.

Maybe a couple shims between the countertop and cabinet???
