Elder Care Lawyer
 

Looking for recommendation for Elder Care Lawyer that does wills, trusts and estate planning. Thank you!

I have not used her services yet, but intend to - Mary Trotta. She comes highly recommended by a lifelong friend of mine that was recently selected as one of the top elder lawyers in the US. He resides in northern Indiana and suggested that I need a Florida attorney.

I think he meant Mart F. Trotter who is a Certified Elder Law Attorney and often gives AARP seminars on retirement planning here in The Villages. Her offices are at 13940 US 441, Suite 210 (the little strip mall on the west side of 441 between Lowes and Walmart). You can call for an appointment at 352-205-7245.

William O Boyd has an office in The Villages and does a very thorough job. I highly recommend him.

Elder Care Attorney
 

Mary Trotter, mentioned above, is a very accomplished Elder Care attorney. Having moved here 8 years ago my Bar Association ( New Jersey) had no reccommendations locally. I searched, found and interviewed Mary and I have recommended her to several friends, some with complicated estates,(property in several states) and she has served them well. They have been extremely satisfied, not only with her professionalism but her fees as well. I do not know Boyd except his advertisement. I'm sure he is competent. I would suggest interviewing them both and choosing who makes you most comfortable.

Andrew Curtis (352) 315-0333. He only charges $499 for a Living Trust. With the moderate fees that Mr. Curtis charges, he has prepared over 5000 Revocable Living Trusts.
