Rear patio railing
 

Has anyone installed a railing around their back patio? We may place a hot tub and assume it must have a railing?

Also, we wanted to take the railing past the concrete and into the grass for more room.

Also check with the county building department, in Sumter County you will need 2 permits, one for the spa/hot tub, and one for the electrical supply. Ours is in the birdcage, so I have no idea on fence requirements.
DO NOT rely on the spa installer to get these permits, been there done that, big mistake....

Don’t try to get around ARC or the Permit process , you will be sorry ..you will sleep better at night, knowing you did the right thing.. snitches are everywhere
