Salmon with horseradish
 

You all may have tried this recipe shown on the Today show, it is Salmon with fresh horseradish finely grated on top. This is then baked 7 to 9 min in 400F oven. This is so easy except for the horseradish part AND DON'T PUT THE WASTE DOWN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL. The result is wonderful with a moist salmon and caramelized horseradish.
