Jaws would be my favorite movie of his.

Schindler's List, Saving Pte Ryan, and Warhorse.
All tied for first place.

A tie between Jaws and Gremlins.

Schindler's List and Lincoln, in any order, followed by a movie--Amistad--that never got the recognition it deserved.

Really, though: I don't think Spielberg ever had a bad movie.

For me it was ET, I went to the theatre thinking I was going to see a new version of Star Wars and was surprised that I was wrong and that I like it.

The man is a genius! I have never seen any of his movies that were even marginally entertaining. But if I had to pick one that really got through to my soul, it would be "Shindler's List.

Ditto, except I'd delete Jaws. But E.T., SPR, ROTLA are all in my Top Ten fav movies of all time.

Spielberg is a genius and all his movies are wonderful.

Duel was the scariest movie I think I've ever seeen.

I will go with, "Empire of the Sun", "Schindler's List", and "Saving Private Ryan".
