Dam, Lacey Underall from Caddyshack passed away. Somehow that makes me feel old. Bummer

Yeah. Only 69. You never know.

Odd...I was reading one of those "who passed away in 2023" things this morning and saw several who I remembered very well from years (decades) past. I remembered them as they were then. Somewhat of a shock to see their picture and realize that they died well into their 70s and even their 80s. It does make one feel old.

I find myself walking down main street and seeing someone I knew forty years ago. I fail to immediately understand that this person looks like someone I knew forty years ago, but could not be that person. Daughter, granddaughter maybe.

Reminds me that we are all on borrowed time as everyday I spend my time taking care of my 90 year old Dad.
