Kelsea Circle is in the Village of Silver Lake. That means that it is almost the oldest location in The Villages.

Not necessarily a Bad Thing, but definitely dates it. Mostly manufactured homes, many of considerable age.

There are folks on this forum who live in that general vicinity; I hope they'll input for you! I live in Sunset Pointe, which dates mostly from 2004, so is considerably different than Silver Lake!

kelsea circle is an oasis on the historic side! i went to the zillow website and entered the address and one property came up - maybe it is the one you are looking for - it is almost 1200sq ft and it has a golf cart garage!!! some of the rooms appear to be dry walled and some are the orig manufactured home walls. if there is some room to bargain, i think this house is a good deal. the furnishings are not all that bad.

friends of ours bought on the circle a year ago - just a few doors from the one on the zillow website - and we wish it had been available when we were looking! we purchased just down the street and around the corner and we love ther area.

kelsea cir is close to the adult pool and an easy drive to the post office - a bricks and mortar post office, not just a mail box location. one who is a walker would not likely have a problem walking to the pool - but then there would be no reason to take the cart out!! it is close to two access gates off griffin so going out and about in the car is convenient. i think i saw pix where the residents there put bows on the trees for one holiday; and each of the trees on the circle has uplights to brighten the palms.

hope this helps.
