Merillat Factory
 

I've heard there is a Merillat factory near TV. Does anyone know where it's located? I'd like to get matching cabinets for my laundry room, but since they're just for the laundry room, seconds would work. I'm hoping the Merillat factory has an outlet store that sells seconds. Any information would be appreciated.

Did a bit of nosing around on this. Seems as though there is/was a manufacturing facility in Ocala but some reading indicates it was to close down in late '08 or early '09. Don't know if that ever happened.

Best bet for you would probably be to contact their corporate entity or a local distributor to see if they market 'factory seconds' or anything along that line.

Cabinets that match
 

We went to a store next to the drivers testing place in Wildwood.
It is a small block of stores.
They did a vg job for our kitchen, we added a tall pantry in the
Eating nook.

Go to Pat's Sales in Leesburg.

It is only two blocks down Hwy. 27 after the big split with Hwy. 441.
Look to the right.

It is a long white building with a bright red roof.
It sits back from the road with a large parking area in front.

We didn't get our laundry room cabinets there but wish we had.
They had the same thing for much less.

They carry lots of items. It is just fun to go and browse.

If you are not a do-it-yourself, you can order most anything that matches perfectly from Bailey's Design Center located in the Publix shopping plaza on Hwy. 441 adjacent to The Villages Hospital.

These are the ones that provide most cabinetry for the homes constructed here.

They will come to your home and measure for you if needed.

I want to thank everyone for their input. You've given me some great leads to follow up on.

We ordered additional cabinets through Munz Design in Oxford (behind Bargains 'n Treasures). Bailey's said it would take 6 weeks to get them; Munz got them in two weeks. Their ad in the Daily Sun says they carry Merillat, also. Their number is 748-4542.
