Missing Allstar MVP Wall Station
I recently purchased a home with an Allstar MVP garage door system. However, it has a simple doorbell button in the garage to operate the door instead of the multi-button wall station. I have an MVP transmitter that does not operate the door. According to the manual I need the wall station to put the head unit into learn mode to program the transmitter.
Couple of questions: Does anyone know how to put the opener into learn mode without the wall station? As an alternative, is there a source to obtain a wall station? I cannot find any online, even at eBay. I'd also welcome any other suggestions folks may have. Thank you! |
I will need to check my spare parts box, I MIGHT have one, if I do I will post again to let you know. I have no idea how to setup the learn mode without the MVP wall unit.

You may not be able to locate the exact original wall console for the MVP opener. They are discontinued. But you should be able to purchase a compatible replacement. Do a search for other threads in this website and Google MVP consoles.
