Window Glass Replacement
 
I did a search on this site for replacing a dual pane broken outer glass on a window and it looks like T&D was highly recommended. I can't find any window company in the area called T&D anyone have a number or other recommendations?

Try calling home warranty to see who originally supplied the windows, they might be under warranty.
