Survey for interest in new papercraft group.
 

Some of us who enjoy making "junk journals", also called "altered books", are trying to form a group for instruction and sharing. The villages ran this information in their "survey" section of the Thursday Rec. Center insert that came in the Daily Sun, but the response was very sparse. We are not sure if few are interested in learning this fascinating craft, or, if people no longer see these surveys since they are no longer printed in the main body of the paper ? This craft is not scrapbooking, nor card making, but does share some common elements. If you are curious, go to utube and simply say or type: junk journal making. More will come up than you could possibly watch, but it will give you a sampling. The survey will not appear again in the rec center news, but it's not too late to email your interest to our member whose email is given above. It's a great hobby, one that has no end !
