RV Storage

Looking for recommendations for reasonably located RV storage (for a 40ft motorhome) with electric, preferably towards the southern end of the Villages.

This looks like an RVrepair shop/RV park not a storage facility. But I’ll call them anyway. Thanks.

Most of the storage is in the north area especially near US27 SR 441. A lot of dealers and/or storage in that area. We use Safety Harbor which is about 5 miles north of Spanish Springs. 26 footer under cover is < $200 a month. South area has less business.

A brand new RV storage facility opened in Coleman on the east side of 301. Looks first class. Check it out.

Our camper is stored there, On Solid Ground, 45' outside storage for $90/mo plus tax. Nice place.

We use Harvey's on 441 just past SE 92d Loop between Summerfield and Belleview. A little out of your search area but very secure - they live on site. $50 per month.

Not southern but easy access to 75. Compass on 44. Covered with 30 amp electric. Highly recommend.

We had our Class B RV at the Villages RV site, on Rolling Acres Road by the Woodshop. I think the price was $35/month. You might want to get on a wait list. We were on the wait list, and my husband went to the Villages office to get a new ID card, and asked about his position on the list, and they told him they had openings, and we got in right away. Of course that is a smaller vehicle than what you have, but I'd give them a call if you don't mind being in that location. It is fenced in, on pavement, seems very secure.

We were at Secure Covered Storage (it's behind Sparr); it was great and we liked it. The price increased so we moved to Compass on Rt 44 and were perfectly happy there as well.

We recently moved to On Solid Ground. It's new and on Rt. 301 just south of Warm Springs Ave. We moved to have the rig closer to home. It happens to be cheaper than the others ... likely to get a base of business built.

It depends on what you want. We park our Tiffin class A at coverall on 301 near 466. We have 30amp and our spot is covered. Depending on size it will start at about $200 per month.

There is also compass on 44 and solid ground ( a new one ) . All highly recommended.

Also, contact the two RV clubs in the villages, they may give you other leads.
