Dan Wiener's newsletters

Does anyone subscribe to Dan Wiener's newsletters on Vanguard? Is he as good as he says? I've been thinking about getting back into the market but have never used anyone's newsletter before.

He is good

I have used Dan for about 10 yrs. He guides you through the many, many funds available. If you are largely in Vanguard Funds his newsletter is a very valuable tool.
