Odell circle utility work?
 

Does anyone know what the workers are doing on Odell circle?

They have been installing conduit for over 6 months, and the road signs say “ utility work”

( I’m hoping it’s fiber internet ������)

Maybe you could stop and ask?

They’re running power lines for the new Costco

And Trader Joe’s!

Not sure about Odell circle, but there was a SECO project north of 466 to increase capacity by increasing the 12 kV distribution lines to 25 kV, combined with larger conductors this could provide 3 to 4 times increased capacity. You could try calling SECO to see if this is the case.
