I was asked by a contractor who is coming to touch up some exterior paint if I knew the number of our exterior paint color. Not having this information handy (most of our paperwork remains North braving the winter while we relax in paradise) I called ARC to inquire. The person that answered referred me to this web site where you just enter your village ID# and it will pull up all of the original information on your house that was recorded during build.

I'm not sure if this has been shared on TOTV previously so, I though I would pass it along now.

You can also go to the Florida Paint store in Virginia Trace. They will use your Villages ID to select and sell you any paint for your house.

The data base is very incomplete for houses built more than 15 years ago and almost nonexistent for those prior to 20 years.
But a great source for newer homes. Thanks for posting.
