Havana - green conditions are not good

Played Havana on Feb 17th. Greens have many bare patches. No complaints about the rest of the course.

We played there yesterday Kenya to Hemmingway. The greens were not good. The pace of play was horrible as well, particularly on the back 9. That time of year I guess.

We don't bother even requesting it anymore and it's right down the street.

Played 2-19 the greens were awful. Some grass some sanded areas, some hard pan!

Played Hacienda(lakes/oaks) on 2/19. Greens were great(healthy, no spots, smooth). Fairways were healthy and green (no food coloring) Only bad part is that off the fairway(rough in the summertime) a lot of dead spots. On bright side balls were findable and playable.

Last time I played Havana it appeared that the greens mowers were turning around while still on the green, The edges of many greens were bare dirt.
Poor training? Lack of supervision?

Did you inform the facility manager that you observed that?????

Played Havana today 2/23. Please do not waste your retirement money . The course is terrible. The people working there are all aware of and recognize the fact that it is in bad shape. Problem seems to be nobody knows why.

Played this morning, sand on some greens. Fairways are very nice.
