I used him for lamp repairs. Great work, very reasonable!
"Lamp repair needed? You bring the lamp (Lake Denham area) and retired electrician will repair for $30 plus any parts. We are at 1422 Jeremy Circle, but please call 916-765-7136 to schedule with us."

Isn’t there something in the deed restrictions about running a business out of a home. Careful advertising on social media.

His services are needed. We drove to a place near Leesburg and got only a partial repair of the problem with our lamp. We won't go back there.
