A friend is having great health success eating fresh young coconut meat...living on a tropical island.

Is there anywhere to buy it locally? Fresh if possible.

I have purchased them (young, or green as we called them in south Florida where we grew up) at Whole Foods in Orlando (at the Winter Park location), but I'd definitely call before making a trip !
