Accessible electronic toothbrush
Coming to the smart people in my life once again. Looking for an electric toothbrush with a switch that can be used by someone who doesn’t have enough finger strength to push a button. Anyone have experience in this regard?

My husband has power equipment that needs a man’s strength sometimes. When I use them I use a tool to increase my strength.
Toothbrush; I just tried it out, pliers work on the button, at a slight angle if the plier is wider than the button. Sometimes hitting with the back of a knife works too. |
I would suggest first talking to your dentist, they may have some ideas. We have Oral B by Braun and these are easy to turn on and off and my wife has significant arthritis and can operate hers easily.

Here is a link to ADA accepted toothbrushes. It looks like some of them have a button that slides up and down instead of pushing the button.

Sonicare! My button seems easy to push. If ever I can't press it, I'll put it on my chair and sit on it. Once it starts vibrating I'll stick it in my mouth and let it brush my toof.
