Temporary RV parking
 

We have friends visiting next month and looking for options for parking their class A RV. Stay will be 1 to 2 weeks. Thank you

Compass Self Storage has a lot of empty spots for motorhomes under roof. They are on the west side of 301 just north of Coleman in southern Wildwood.

What you didn't stay is if they intend to stay in their motorhome while they are here, or if they just want to park it somewhere and stay with you.

If they intend to stay in their motorhome, there are a couple of RV parks in the area. The closest is Recreation Plantation at the corner of 466 and Rolling Acres Rd. The other places that I can think of are Blue Parrot by CR25 and Griffin Ave in Lady Lake or Southern Cross RV Resort across from Del Webb on 441.

If they intend to just park their motorhome for that time, I would suggest checking some of the self storage lots that are all around The Villages. Don't know what they would charge for just a 2 week period.

Is it an electric motorcoach or fossil fuels.....asking for a friend

If just for 2 weeks you could have them go to Wildwood RV park on 44 and get a spot there, that way it can stay plug-in and a short trip to get to if you live in south of 44. We stayed there 3 years ago before we purchased our home in ST Catherine.
