Golf Cart Headlights shine too high

Have a 2011 Yamaha Cart.
The Headlights are shinning too high.
Have taken out the "Pods" to lower them as far as I can, but still shinning too high.
Any other things I might try, other than totally replacing the "Pods"?
Maybe some type of reflecting attachment that would reflect the light lower?
Thanks for any help.

Most of the Yamaha carts have an adjustment screw on the headlight to adjust the height of the beam. I would need to see the cart to see if maybe this is broken or stripped. The other possibility is the headlight installation is in the wrong location and the standard adjustment is not enough. I would be glad to look at the lights, probably would be best in the evening, but i have a golf cart garage that could be used during the day.
I am in Pinellas let me know if you are interested in me looking at this.

There should be adjustment access screw. Pull cart up to garage turn lights on see where there shining on garage door kinda hard to do with tires on I remember you can crank tires on way or the other to access adjustable screw with short Phillips screwdriver. At least that’s’ how my 2012 cart headlight buckets are. I think the headlight fixture can be installed up side down? If so that would make the adjustment way too high?

If the adjuster screw is graunched, put bigger wheels on the back of the cart.
That will lower the front!;)

Another thing I have noticed on my 2012 cart it may be the headlight and not bucket adjustment? I had some headlights shine not straight ahead. Been while since I had one apart but I think I rotated headlight in bucket one time to fix beam angle problem?

Thanks for the replies.
Did a complete removal and disassembly of the "Pods", removing the headlight bulb.
Found no adjustment screws, but a way to lower the bulb by adjusting an attachment
bracket.
Good results, problem seems to be corrected.
Thanks again.

Yeah, I don't see how lighting-up rooftops help you drive.

When you add center lights to your cart, you need to walk about 100 or more feet down the street in the dark and see how walkers or even cars will be blinded by your much-to-bright and aimed high little cart.

If you drive the speed limit, you wouldn't need bright lights in The Villages. Already pretty well lite everywhere from all kinds of lights everywhere.

Yes, way too many inconsiderate people blinding others with their middle light.

Check to see if car sits level. Could be suspension adjustment needed

Thank you for posting results, few do that.

I have an add-on center light which is mounted pointing downward so it doesn't do that but does light up the area closer to the cart better than without it.

I have that also and love it
