Are golf carts allowed to cross 441 at the Sharon medical building?

I don't believe so.

There is the golf cart bridge and there is one other approved crossing that is not in the Villages. Other than that, golf carts cannot cross 441.

Use the tunnel on the south side of El Camino Real just east of Buenos Aires Blvd. Once you cross the street in the tunnel turn right and head to Banderos Ave. Do not use Bueno Aires Blv as no golf carts are allowed on that street. At Banderos Ave take a left then a right on Bella Cruz Drive.

IMO Unless it’s licensed LSV I’d say no. Few year ago LSV got broadsided crossing in that area and person died. IMO very dangerous due to 3 lanes traffic flying 40 or 50 mph by and running yellow lights if not red lights. Even with delayed changing of lights.
