Looking for an unfurnished home to rent

My husband is a retired police officer :police: and I'm a retired banker. We are non-smokers, and have no pets. We are selling our large home in Michigan, and have purchased a small summer cottage here. We are looking to rent an unfurnished home in TV. We are hoping for 1400 SQ, and are looking for a long term lease. We don't want to rent for a few years and be asked to move. Maybe there is someone out there that wants to purchase a home and have someone rent it for 5 or 10 years until they are ready to occupy it themselves? Our budget is around $2200/month. If anyone has any suggestions, we would be all ears! We can't wait to start enjoying the Villages lifestyle! Thank you for your consideration! Barb & Randy :smiley:

Advertise on Villagers homes 4 rent dot com and do it yourself. Why would you pay someone 20% to do almost nothing. You write the lease and pay the bills, it is pretty easy.
