My favorite course on campus and typically in great condition.

The lack of rain is creating problems at the golf courses.

This NOT A COMPLAINT.

The ponds at Glenview & TDS are nearly dry, which seldom happens and I'm sure they've already stretched their water withdrawal permits to the max.

I suspect the courses further south will be hit harder, if there's no relief soon.

Expect a lot of burned out, brown fairways. In drought conditions, typically only the Tee Boxes & Greens get watered and that seems to be what they're doing at TDS. There was a lot of hand-watering of Tee boxes going on today, but huge swarths of the fairways were brown.

Brown grass plays exactly like green grass and it's easier to find your ball! So we have that going for us.

Shhhhh, keep the crowds away from my home course.
