Looking forward to seeing younger demo and families enjoying Eastport as well....given it’s close proximity to downtown Middleton

Yep, businesses in Eastport won't survive with just residents as customers just like the other squares relying on Wildwood, Leesburg, Lady Lake, Fruitland Park, Oxford, etc., all of the residents surrounding The Villages..

I noticed the end of Corbin Trail point of view where the photos were taken, that the lights from the penitentiary are clearly visible above the trees over the rec center.

Potential buyers should check out the view at night. Not so sure I'd want a Lanai facing that direction.

Maybe Don can do a night flight there to check it out?

Unless I’m mistaken, the lanai view would be of the tree line...not the prison?

Better than being near the turnpike rest area lights that come with a lot of noise.

I agree. Youth is life. I enjoy seeing younger people and children.

Until those young people and children start driving cars. They may not respect the strict rules and 20 mph speed limits in our roundabouts.

We'll see how Billy-Bob drives along Central Parkway going from his job in Leesburg to his home near Sumterville or Webster. He is used to going 60+ mph along route 470 and may not like the 35 mph speed limit on Central Parkway.

As many villagers don’t respect that speed limit in the roundabouts either! :22yikes:

Do you see the lights in your lanai or rear bedroom? Noise only outside or in your house.

Friends have a wall completely around their area, so they don’t seem to have that issue
