Bad Experience with Landscaper

I had a bad experience with Jose Lacayo last week. I needed my palm tree trimmed and the pods removed. His company did a good job cutting down the fronds, but neglected to put a tarp down to collect all the seeds from the pods. I ended up picking up thousands of green seeds from my bushes and bedding surrounding the palm tree. I called him and his only answer was 'just let the seeds turn brown and it will match your rock'. Plus he sent only 2 men to do the job who did not speak English. Very unprofessional.

Is speaking English a requirement to trim palms. I have had very good service from Jose crew always offer them beverage when working in yard never need to clean up after them. I do know basic Spanish but never have a problem with his workers.

So he did the job.. a good job sans the seeds pickup...2 workers non speaking English....very unprofessional. So now he gets outed like a bad Yelp review. Got it!

He didn't do the job. Nor was it a "good job". The job stated "pod removal", which includes the seeds in the pods...

You left out the relevance of.....a non English speaking landscaper. A real anomaly in TV!

Try Google translate and meet them in the middle.

Any time I've had to talk to one of the landscapers from Dean's, there has never been a communication issue.

But if you leave people behind who cannont communicate with the client, and they do the job improperly, that's a problem, no?

Once again, you're changing the subject, trying to make the OP sound racist. But you be you...

If you leave workers who cannot communicate with the client, that's a problem...
