We talked on the phone about your situation, I just saw an article about Windows XP computers that became infected with malware JUST CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET, so please be careful when you find what you want it appears ALL of the earlier Windows operating systems are subject to this malware.

Without knowing why, perhaps instead of an entire computer, if all you need to do is read the contents of an IDE drive, there are adapters to convert to a USB interface. That might be a painless solution if that's your need.
