Jet Stream missing
 

I heard the Jet Stream dropped further south cooling daily temperature's. Seems to be missing?

The jet stream cools daily temperatures depending on which part of the stream you are located. Unfortunately, the Weather Channel never discusses this; however it will be discussed Monday, June 10 at 1 PM at the Science & Technology Club meeting at Bridgeport. If you look at the upper-air charts you'll see that the western branch of the jet stream is over Mexico - but it's relative orientation to any specific location is key to temperature change.

Yes, the giant snake controls everything. It kind of works like our ocean currents. It carries weather from one place to the next.

Okay ... the jet stream dipped south again into a cooling configuration ... and now the golfers are upset because of the rain.

Wish the ******** jet stream would go back to where it belongs.

Of course it's getting colder ... little by little ... because the Obliquity Milankovitch cycle started the next ice age cycle 8.000 years ago.
