Just curious, what is the going rate for PATIO VILLAS.Lawn service,our guy just jumped from 50.00 to 70.00 per month.

$70 per month for mowing and edging is a little high, but not unreasonable. If that includes anything else, it would be a bargain.

& if you are happy..............stay put.

If this is cutting the grass, you might look into a robot lawn mower, from what I have seen they will pay for themselves in around 1 year, if as stated above this includes other work, then stay with the contractor.

a BATTERY OPERATED Lawn mower will do most lawns, and by the look of some people at the town squares they can use the exercise, lol JMHO

Do most people pay or mow themselves? Do you mow year around? Is there an off season?

Most people pay someone to mow. Mowing is year round, except less often in the colder months.

We are in our fourth village, first 3 most used services until they started disappearing.

We are south of 44 we might see 5 lawn services a week, usually homes that are not full time.

Many like us have ego mowers and do it ourselves, it’s a younger crowd here so lawn maintenance isn’t a problem. Many even do their own fertilizer

I can't wait to be there full time and do it myself. Deans is awful.
