Any new info on Wellpoint?
 

Has anyone heard anything when wellpoint will start selling? Types of homes?

Getting close. Do they wait until lawn/landscaping is in before selling? If so, guessing could be as soon as 4-8 weeks

There's probably 2-3 homes starting per day with 50 homes with several nearing completion along MBT.

They started this week building multiple additional places just south of Monarch Grove including the Villa area closer to the Turnpike and golf course.

Went down to the Street of Dreams yesterday and was shocked at how many homes and lots have been sold down there and how many they are building. The most recent batch of lots went on sale Friday and were sold out in less than 5 minutes. The agent told us that if you want a view or water lot there could be as many as a dozen others after the same lot, unbelievable and I guess demand equates to high priced lots.

Op- you have come onto TOTV many times to ask about new build homes. Many posters have told you to contact the Villages and get a VLS agent assigned to you. They are the only people who can provide you with updates on new home releases. You will not be pressured into buying. The VLS agents are there to help and provide information. Without a VLS agent, you will always be in the dark.
